After your payment you will be added to the guest list.

3-4 weeks before the retreat, we will create a group chat for communication, updates, and important details. We will be using the Telegram app, so please download it if you don’t already have it.

One week before the retreat, we will gather for a Zoom call to connect, go over the flow of the retreat, answer any questions, and gently prepare you for the experience ahead.

This call is an opportunity to meet one another, align intentions, and ensure you feel supported, informed, and at ease before our time together.

 You can reserve your spot with $300 non refundable deposit (it will be used towards your payment)
• Full Payment is due 1 month before the retreat (before April 21)
• Payment plan is flexible (upon request)

Waiver and release of liability

IN CONCIDERATION OF the risk of injury that exist while participating in the “SOULitude Retreat” hosted by Karina Talyansky and Elena Kulikov.

IN CONCIDERATION OF my desire to participate in “SOULide Retreat” and being given the right to participate in same;

I HEREBY release and forever discharge Karina Talyansky and Elena Kulikov , their members, staff and volunteers (collectively “Releasees”), from any physical or psychological injury that I may suffer as a direct result of my participation.

I AM VOLUNTARILY PARTICIPATING IN THE RETREAT AND I AM PARTICIPATING AT MY OWN RISK.
 
I HEREBY ACKNOWLEDGE THAT I HAVE CAREFULLY READ THIS ‘WAIVER AND RELEASE” AND FULLY UNDERSTAND THAT IT IS A RELEASE OF LIABILITY.

I grant permission for photos and videos taken during the retreat to be used by the Organizer for promotional purposes unless I opt out in writing prior to the retreat

In the event of an emergency, please contact the person(s) I listed above.

By signing below, I intend to enter into a binding legal agreement and warrant the following:

I have read this Agreement in full.
I understand its contents.
I am acting voluntarily and knowledgeably.
I understand that I am giving up significant legal rights, including the right to sue.
I believe this document to be fair.
I have had a reasonable amount of time to ask questions about this Agreement and to have an attorney review it if I so choose.
